"They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city."

"Staying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented. Chateau Tivoli is a must-stay. We can’t wait to return!"

"Had a great stay minus one of the doors going to the bathroom got stuck and I had to get rescued by the staff lol but it was no big deal. Very convenient place to stay and I was able to walk to get food and back. I’m from Seattle and it felt like I was in Seattle still. Staff was very helpful through text and responded back in a timely manner. I slept like a baby, put on my headphones and was gone with the wind. In the shower area there’s a changing section when you step into your shower, I...

"The staff here is stellar- so accommodating and kind, they always were happy to help with any questions or assistance needed! The hotel is modern and fun, the happy hour is delightful and the rooms are spacious! Love how dog friendly it is. We will be back!"

"Natalie was the hotel super modern and very inviting, the room was very clean, the location was great, and the parking was easy. What really pushed our stay over the top and made it truly spectacular was the customer service given to us by Damon at the front desk! He was the best! We can’t see enough wonderful things about him and the help he offered us. We would absolutely recommend this property and we plan to stay here again the next time we’re in town."

"Very nice property in a great location. Short walk to the painted laidies, restaurants and shops on Divisedero. Bus stop right there to take directly to the Fillmore, Castro, lower Haight, or the Mission."
