Sólo tiene 2 espacios de estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, el resto de los huéspedes se estacionan a la orilla de la carretera. La habitación #3 no tiene aire acondicionado, 1 ventilador de techo en cada dormitorio y dos ventiladores de pie para el resto del apartamento, por lo que es necesario abrir las ventanas para que se refresque el apartamento.
