"Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest."

"Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

The location is more local than anything so if nightlife is a priority to you know you must travel about an hour away to Castries but it wasn’t for me so I was absolutely more than satisfied. "We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. "Felt like a tree house in the jungle with stunning views of the bay. The beach was great, but very small - only real let down during our stay. Zoetry is great for those not interested in leaving the property, lively atmosphere within the resort - especially by the swim up pool. Strongly recommend a bay-view room. Food was good, not excellent - to be expected with an all inclusive. We were motivated to see more of the island, we rented a car for two days and drove around visiting beaches,...

"Very quiet & peaceful where I was staying at the top of the funicular. But also lively when I walked down to the main part of the Bay. Lots of eating options - Hurricane Hole & Chateau Mygo are both good. "
