My husband got a card from the staff wishing him a wonderful birthday and some goodies in the room. Our kitty got a little toy, we were offered amenities for our kitty if we needed. "The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean. There is no coffee makers in the rooms and the safes are a joke. It is in a noisy location due to both traffic and transit, but quiets down around midnight. They have a dining room and a cafe, but neither one is opened all day."
