"For a beautiful hotel I would expect to have real toilet paper. This toilet paper was worse than what they have in schools."

My only problem was the housekeeping staff woke me up at 7 or 8am on checkout day, They came in twice, then called twice and then came in one more time. That part was weird and aggravating, but the rest of the visit was amazing. Hopefully they figure out the housekeeping issue. I recommend this hotel. "

"The room was clean, staff were friendlly, what there was of it. Did not use business center, too cold to use pool. We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, arcade for kids and hot breakfast. Hot breakfast was next door at the Hampton but good. Arcade was a pool table (nothing for younger kids) and no restaurant; also no room service, no information of any kind in the room, and the bar was closed Friday through Monday morning. No one at guest services at night, just the hotel...

"We had a great 2 night stay. We needed a place to park our family of 4 for a couple nights away from home. Nothing fancy, but a very pleasant stay. Great beds with nice pillows, and blackout shades that worked! We appreciated the kitchenette. The kids enjoyed the pool, although it’s not heated. The breakfast was adequate - certainly enough to fill up on. "

"I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, but when we got there so many things were wrong. 1. The lobby was closed so we had to go to the property next door to check in. 2 the bathroom had dirty towels hanging up, the sink already had hair in it. 3. The toilet seat had major wear and slid when we sat, and the toilet made a loud sound while it refilled, as if it were struggling. "It was a lovely hotel. Check in staff was kind of lacking on customer service. It had been a long drive to get there and they seemed put out to check us in. Maybe the hotel should let their staff know it makes a difference to be welcoming."
