"Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!"

"Cons: The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems...

"The TV wasn't working and when I asked them about this they told me to message but they never replied or fixed anything. Also, keep in mind that the "breakfast" is a go-to breakfast which is just bread and oats and milk lying there in the kitchen. Maybe that is the idea but this should have been mentioned beforehand. The place is clean and roadside parking was available."

Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . "Had a lovely stay at Oasis Guest House! I only stayed overnight for a World Cup match, but the room was very comfortable. The free upgrade was very appreciated, and the staff was warm and welcoming! The AC and luggage storing were such a bonus."

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"I came in after a long flight and train trip over from the airport and the staff was so nice. My room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well, the waterfall shower was heavenly in the summer heat, and the room was so nice and clean overall. Will definitely stay here again."

"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....

"Okay all in all. Service at the restaurant was awful. From desk were kind. Room was nice but one day water were cold. Shower towels were in shortage on second night and pretty low quality. One room barely had a window."
