"Great"

"Not very welcoming, room was clean but other areas were not great. Nothing left for breakfast at 8:45 and the help didn't offer anything. Overall not the "Best" best western I've ever stayed at."

"You could only use the front door which was a very small area at the desk, and I am 71 yrs old and had to park way on the back side of the building and walk a long ways back to the front door. Horribly inconvenient! Was told they couldn't let their guest use any other entrances because of the bad people that break their rules spoils it for everyone. What a comment to make. Will never stay at one of these hotels again."

"Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...

"This is not a very clean place. To be honest, I would’ve rather paid for a more expensive hotel that would provide a cleaner environment. Everything about our hotel room was dirty, from the bed sheets to the restroom floor. It was horrible. While we did not have any issues with people bothering us or other customers, being too loud just the filth alone was enough to bother my entire family. I definitely would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel, unless you are on a very tight budget. I’m...

"Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. this is an older building that shows signs of wear. parking lot was in disrepair and pot holes need to be filled. our room was clean and comfortable and the bed was excellent"

"Horrible staying, First of alll my keys did not work the 3 nights I stayed there I had to go about 6 times down stairs to tell them . Second when I came inside the room my Tv was not working. Third I went to check out the balcony and there was a whole heroin needle in the floor and mind you I have a 1 year old . I told them about it and they never came up to clean it out ."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."
