"We stayed 1 night with our family of 6 before an early morning flight. The beachfront location is nice, and the price was fair. Check-in wasn't the warmest with the front desk staff ignoring us and finishing up their conversation before greeting us. Parking was plentiful and convenient, but pricey at $20/night. "My room was clean but very old. There was rust in the tub where the water comes out, the conditioner bottle was broken, so there was no way to access that. We were told the shuttle would run every 15 minutes. I called to have it come pick us up at the train station and it did not show up for 45 minutes despite me calling after 30 minutes of waiting. There are no benches or place to sit while waiting for the shuttle at the train station and when you have to wait that long, it’s tiring I can’t...

"Hotel is nice, our room had things that were broken. Toilet did not flush. Shades would not close. The front desk charged me 2 times different prices for the same room. I’m still trying to get one charge credited back. Valet was terrible waited almost 30 min I. The front to get my car after handing valet my ticked then they didn’t request it to be brought out. So had to wait longer."
