"Hotel was clean but located directly across from a Methadone clinic so many homeless addicts wandering around nearby. AC didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed and front desk staff obviously didn’t want to deal with it so they put a post it note on the back of the monitor at the front desk that read ‘AC not working sorry’. Breakfast was ok. Nice facility just really scary neighborhood so beware. Parking was locked underground so that is a plus because your car wouldn’t be safe outside."

"I've stayed at this property several times over the years, it was a favorite in Tacoma. Common areas need an update, carpets are worn, broken glass in elevators, etc. Room didn't have an iron or ironing board, would have expected for a business/convention type hotel. Had booked a mountain view room, was put in a lower street view room. Didn't bother to complain, as front desk staff seemed preoccupied and not very friendly and I was too tired to move again. Probably won't stay there again."

"The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful."

"Frustrating having a fridge for left overs, but no micro to warm them when you wanted them Only restaurant with decent food was Puyallup cafe. We were told when we checked in the hat tacis were always waiting downstairs. We were given 4 different directions to find them. No taxi. Security called twice and a taxi after an hour just showed up to hopefully be needed. The call was never activated. After waiting an hour we missed the wedding we're going to. Very funny ustrating"

"Our stay was just one night. My first impression was that I did not want to park my car in the parking lot. There was a prostitute on the sidewalk right outside, a lot of people who appeared to be living out of their vehicles parked in the parking lot that is shared with a Goodwill. "This was the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. It was real noisy I got zero sleep prior to my 5 hour drive the next day. I was on the bottom floor and it sounded like somebody was jumping on the floor above me all night long,"

It was a very nice and comfortable stay the free breakfast was far better than average free breakfasts I booked this room in part because it had a pool, but we never made it down there, but that impacted our choice in choosing this hotel. Hotel had free parking and closed in a fence, which made me feel safe for overnight. ."
