"Property is under construction. It did the job as far as having a clean-ish place to sleep."

"The room was alittle disappointing considering the amount we paid. Missing furniture, no shower gel, freezer needed defrosting and the tub needed replacing due to wear- looked awful. Only stayed one night for a wedding nearby. Staff seems very pleasant, and worked hard especially in the restaurant "Bite" . They were wonderful. Not sure if I would stay again, especially for the cost."

"My A/C unit was so loud I could not sleep. I tried calling for service several times and nobody answered. I also tried calling for room service and nobody answered. I was forced to go downstairs and order dinner even though I was already for bed and wasn't planning on leaving my room."

"I didn’t like there was no swimming pool, no hot tub and no out side patio to set outside. For the price of the Hilton garden hotel. I was very disappointed for such a name brand as this with that kind of price tag on it. So yes I was very disappointed to have to go across the street to set at someone else property to enjoy the limited outside for 7 days"

"Parking was good. Everything else was not. I would not recommend it to any one. They had bugs and no no cleaning staff. No clean towels, bedding, didn't empty the trash double charged me 100.00 extra for I don't know??????? Find somewhere else."

"The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

We immediately went back to the main office and requested for a different room, Unfortunately, we were told that there are no rooms available, that they are not aware of any pet smells in their hotel rooms and that only service animals are allowed.
