"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable. We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent. Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."

"The room was clean and very tasteful decorated. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of bars. Did not eat the breakfast or at any restaurant because of prior reservations at other establishments. "

"I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was unable to access my room. The key card had already been replaced multiple times and still did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, the employee, Noa/Noam (who refused to provide his last name), was rude and unhelpful. He kept asking for identification from other people in my group, even though I was the one who made and paid for the reservation. It was already 11:00 PM,...
