"We loved everything about this hotel! The stunning room, the beauty, the breakfast, the drinks, the spa & the kindness of every staff member we spoke to! Everyone went completely above and beyond to make sure our visit was the absolute best!
We have travelled quite a bit & I would honestly say this is one of, if not the, top hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bed & the pillows are a great test of a good hotel, and believe me, they did not disappoint!
Please do not believe the negative reviews...

"My daughter and I stayed 8/31/25 - 9/6/25. We had a superior room, and it was just lovely. The hotel is located close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, and there is easy access to the Tram for a ride to and from the airport. Also, the breakfast was excellent. If in Florence again, we will definitely stay there again! The only negative this time is that a building nearby was being renovated, and the workers started early in the morning."
