"The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them."

"This is my go to place everytime i come to Toronto. Has everything you need. Mall. Food court. Supermarket. Transit. Most convenient hotel ive ever stayed in."

"I got the renovated suit with the two queen beds. Everything was okay. Staff, amenities, beds. Clean"

"We stayed for one night, and overall, the suite served its purpose as a place to sleep before checking out early the next morning. A few things stood out during our stay. The carpet did not look very clean, and the suite had many empty cabinets along with a large fridge, which felt a bit unusual. The suite we stayed in also did not have any windows, which made the space feel less comfortable. The suite was meant to accommodate six people, but only one small shampoo, conditioner, and body...
