The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! "We love the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Great location for the ICC and the Arena. Easy parking and everything is well looked after. Only thing we found was we were expecting there to be a fridge but there wasn’t and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again"

"This hotel is directly across the street from the convention center, symphony hall, Birmingham Rep and the library. Brindley Place is steps away. You really can't ask for a more convenient location. The hotel also has a terrific swimming pool (although the hours are somewhat limited). The room was clean and comfortable and included a refrigerator. There are two restaurants which we didn't use. We were a little disappointed that the property did not have a "market" to buy snacks or necessities...

"Our weekend was ruined from the start. We were assigned a room with broken AC during freezing weather. Instead of helping, the front desk was dismissive and told us to fix it ourselves. After we insisted, we were moved to a second room, but the AC unit was locked and uncontrollable.Management severely needs to train their staff on basic customer service and inspect rooms before guests arrive. "
