"Front desk staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice too, even offering to take up my breakfast plate. You don’t see that anywhere else when it is a complimentary breakfast. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Denver. "

"Got charged an extra almost $300 at check in because of an accidental mismatch of the Expedia quote we head and the hotels nightly prices. When we brought this up to the staff, they were so helpful and immediately changed our package to match the Expedia one we were shown online! Can’t remember the front desk ladies name, but she was incredibly helpful! Will say that she was SLAMMED and we had to wait about 15 minutes in line to check in, so maybe they need to have more people working front...

"The property is old, but very clean, the new bathroom upgrades were nice. Staff is great and it’s nice to have a breakfast included!"

"The hotel staff who checked us in was great. The property however needs some TLC, mostly in general cleaning of common areas and outside. We intended to eat breakfast there, but when we got to the room there was no coffee, and we could find no hotel staff to remedy the situation. We found no one to check us out so left our room cards on the counter and left. Doubt we would recommend this location. "

"The Crawford is a gorgeous and elegantly designed hotel. The location is perfect for visting downtown Denver, catching a Rockies game or a show at Redrocks. In addition, close walking distance to alot of great bars and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Cant go wrong with staying at the Crawford. "

"This was overall a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. They only offered valet parking for $45, but we ended up parking at a lot right next to the hotel and paid a lot less. The breakfast was a pretty basic hotel breakfast. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for that. Front desk person wasn’t the friendliest, but that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this place for families especially, because they have pack and play for kids."
