"First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby. I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot."

"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. "This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"The staff was no really attentive with my requests. The room was not clean and they come just one time to do the general cleaning, the towels where to small and only one time they replaced them. Only only one window was able to open fully and was for the very noisy size, I can smell the bathroom and all the smock from the outside bus, I really didn't have a confortable time,plus the location was very dangerous at night! that was most terrible thing."
