"Loved the decor, location and feel of the hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The only issue was the fact that there was a wedding one night and we could hear the DJ and all the noise two stories below us. Everything quieted down by 11, but that is definitely a consideration."

"The room was pretty clean probably one of the cleanest I have ever been. We had an hour delay for checking in but staff was nice and gave us a great room with the nice view of water and bridge. Only issues: one was located at a very noisy location due to being so close to the highway so if you have problems sleeping with noise this is not your place at least that side of the room. The second was their breakfast buffet wasn’t as good as other places I have been to. Parking was slightly an issue...

"I will never book here again. My room smelled like cigarettes and i have photos of ash in the toilets. Only 1 of the 2 bedrooms AC worked, causing the entire apartment to be hot. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The floor was wet in a spot and smelled like urine. Laying a paper towel on it made it turn yellow. Contacted staff, who didnt seem to care, sent a “maintenance” guy who was not knowledgeable and also didnt care. Called corporate lady who also didnt really care bc we booked...

"I didn't have any major problems with my room I couldn't solve by going to speak to the front desk. But items such as: Not having a refrigerator, telephone not working were bit of an annoyance since those are some amenities that "should" be prepared upon check in. Whether or not "remodeling" was part of the problem ( as what I was told ), I just felt my room was a little unprepared, but nothing I couldn't work with. Overall, I'd give my experience about a 7/10."

"Loved the historic building. This was a great place to stay in downtown. However, the parking was a bit confusing."

"Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot."
