"Loved the decor, location and feel of the hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The only issue was the fact that there was a wedding one night and we could hear the DJ and all the noise two stories below us. Everything quieted down by 11, but that is definitely a consideration."

Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. "I will never book here again. My room smelled like cigarettes and i have photos of ash in the toilets. Only 1 of the 2 bedrooms AC worked, causing the entire apartment to be hot. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The floor was wet in a spot and smelled like urine. Laying a paper towel on it made it turn yellow. "Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot."

"The room was pretty clean probably one of the cleanest I have ever been. We had an hour delay for checking in but staff was nice and gave us a great room with the nice view of water and bridge. Only issues: one was located at a very noisy location due to being so close to the highway so if you have problems sleeping with noise this is not your place at least that side of the room.
