"We sent for valet at 7 am to get our vehicle. No one knew where the valet person was. Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. Horrific service for a hotel such as this."

"Nice rooms, good location, on the river. Breakfast was good, not great. Free parking a huge plus, but using (free) valet or hiking several flights of stairs was a bit of a pain. Bed was just ok. Super helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again."

Only issues: one was located at a very noisy location due to being so close to the highway so if you have problems sleeping with noise this is not your place at least that side of the room. "I will never book here again. My room smelled like cigarettes and i have photos of ash in the toilets. Only 1 of the 2 bedrooms AC worked, causing the entire apartment to be hot. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The floor was wet in a spot and smelled like urine. Laying a paper towel on it made it turn yellow.
