"Location was perfect and staff lovely . Cleanliness needs improving ! Hairs in the shower and around the sink ( small black ones) what I hope was dried hand wash on the side of the sink and not dried sick. Washed off our selves with a wet wipe."

"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester."

"Nothing much to see really its a Victorian building with lots of rooms. The shower was just a trickle. Didn't get a good night's sleep as the washing machine was on all night. And traffic noise. Ok for one night i suppose."

"The venue is very near to Old Trafford Stadium. And is near to the tram station. Easy to travel to the Manchester Picallidy for the train rides "

Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely. Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame. Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm."

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up. Due to the lack...

"Basic comfortable and as expected. Just a note the restaurant next door is not open on a Monday so a 15 minute walk to a pub for dinner. Think an old Premier inn for style"

"Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience"
