"The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. "Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. "

"Had a great experience during my stay. The General Manager, John Pascali, and associate Ty were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay — highly recommended!"

"Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful. The beds were so comfortable!! The entertainment was great. I love that there is food and drinks on site. City is easily accessible with subway systems nearby. I would love to see the coffee in the room be complementary like the bottled water is :) Would stay here again! "

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and location if i you ou wish to stay south of manhattan. I want to thank in particular the staff at the reception, they are welcoming, and very helpful. Also the cleaner are doing a great job. We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The only recommendation I have for the hotel, is please do something about the breakfast and most particularly the continental option.. The croissants or other bakeries were dried and...

"Our go to hotel in NYC. Located in FiDi and very close to several subway stations to get you anywhere in Manhattan/Brooklyn. Walkable to many places (Battery Park, Oculs, China Town/Little Italy, Soho). The staff treat you like family and this is a dog friendly hotel. Small boutique hotel (but a Hyatt property) that has a great vibe and decor (not your boring rooms/lobby). "
