"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"Beautiful spot in the top of the hill with a fantastic view. You can walk to have an almost 360 degree view of the Tuscany Valley and smell the great collection of roses.
Awesome place organized with very nice selection of furniture and modern amenities.
The place and the service are really lovely. "

"The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected.
It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not...

"We loved everything about this property. The location was so close to everything on a quiet little street. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy. Luis went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Would 100% stay here again if we visit Orvieto in the future."

"Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top."

"The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes,
Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...
