"We stayed at the Omni Hotel at the Ballpark because we were attending a concert at the Ballpark and because the Omni had a bridge directly from the hotel to the park/stadium. We enjoyed the Tortuga 6th floor pool bar with a view of the bay and the San Diego Convention Center. The staff there was wonderful [Tony, Brittany] We enjoyed the view from our 20th floor room- the city lights and Petco Park. We had a good size room with 2 beds and two chairs. "We had executive suite room which was fabulous. Marina view is better as way from road - although the road is pretty quiet. Balcony on marina side is good to sit on. Pool and hot tub are medium size by good great relaxing spot. Breakfast was great and very nice staff. Lunch and dinner OK if you don’t want to be bothered to go out. This is a great a quiet spot away from the busier parts of San Diego. Will go back!"

"A++ For using the hotel for a convention (not SDCC) the hotel was perfect for what I needed. The location was great as the walk was only 10-12min walk from the hotel to the convention center, and the selection of restaurants and bars is plentiful in the area. though be warned that if you are a light sleeper, the evening can get a bit rowdy from 8pm-2am but the hotel provides soft earplugs to help the sleep.
