"What a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and kind. We were offered a free upgrade from an interior queen room to a king city view. We were also selected for free room service breakfast. Easy check out process. Left our bags before check in to walk around the city. Highly recommend if you’re going to the city to see a Broadway show!"

"The room was TINY but I guess that's to be expected in NYC. The shower water could never regulate and was usually scalding. It was very close to Times Square which was convenient and the staff was very nice. Overall, considering we only slept in the room, it was fine."

"Cannot expect the typical Hyatt hospitality or comfort. Rooms are great and location is incredible. Very limited food options. No Proper breakfast place. Staff is indifferent to your needs even to give basic direction on where to eat when arriving late in the evening. You pick the Hyatt brand expecting all this comfort and pay a lot of Montgomery to stay."

My room was very comfortable, although showing a bit of wear and tear (knobs missing from lamps, a small tear in my bedspread, older and not particularly well-functioning soap dispensers in the bathroom). Just some little things that could have made a good stay better. And I really dislike the nightly "facilities fee." "The location alone is perfect. We love the rooms and the staff. The lobby and bar area is nice but always has too many people just standing around. We like to grab a drink or work on the couches and they are always occupied by an excessive amount people trying to check in. The elevator was a bit of a hassle. One has been broken both times we stayed there in the last 2 months. Other than that the stay is always a positive one."
