"Lively but not noisy or overcrowded. Room was tiny but cozy. Best was the alcove with the bed by the floor to ceiling window with remotely operated shades with a view. My one improvement would be the closet. People on the short side can’t reach the rods to hang my clothes."

"It was good for what I needed which was just one night to rest my head, but walking into the room, had a mildew smell to it…when I turned the AC on, the smell went away. Pillows were very flat, couldn’t really get comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t really like the eggs at all. Not too many other options either. Overall stay was just okay. "

"Glad I did my research. This was a great spot! Perfect location walkable from Penn Station, and Times Square, we had a fantastic view on the 31st floor. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Front desk staff was super helpful. Room was a decent size where you can actually walk on both sides of the bed😆 AC event was a little loud, but I’d still give it five stars!"

The icing on the cake includes: the great free breakfast and the kind, friendly and professional staff — which includes everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to the kind folks working in the dining rooms. "2 elevators for the hotel. If you are on a mid or lower floor, by the time the elevator gets to you it will be full. We were here during Christmas and the had 2 people at the front desk but generally only 1 person was assisting with check-in. So another long wait. If you stay here, just expect to wait for things. "

"I’m VERY DISAPPOINTING in my stay here, the walls in the bathroom looked like they took a paint brush and ran across the walls in different directions. The TOILET we had to flush and wait flush and wait before it actually flushed. The room had an awful sour smell to it. The towels were dingy looking, the water pressure in the shower was awful! Our tv we had to call TWICE for someone to come fix it, you can be watching it and it would blink out….this happened the duration of our stay. The...
