"The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++"

"Room was fine, bed was comfortable, sink in bathroom was very small, desk area as we came into the room looked like it had spots of something that spilled on it, but it was where the laminate had been burned off or melted by something in many places. Room was clean ed daily and we received fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was not good as far as eggs and sausage. After the first day we just ate toast or cereal. That definitely needs some changes."

"We had a fine time when we were actually staying at this hotel; however, I left an item behind but had to call a bunch of times to try and get it back. The staff were extremely unhelpful and very rude~ Condescending, telling me they will call back but don't. As far as I'm concerned, this hotel STOLE from me and I will not be staying there again. "Lots of things were broken or worn down. Had to make lots of trips to the front desk for missing items like bedding, towels, and having our room cards cancelled when we had another night left."

"Front desk staff were unavailable at any time outside of banker's hours. Signs at the front desk indicated they were available via phone, but often weren't. Even sometimes when they were supposed to be at the front desk, they weren't. I witness another customer raging at corporate headquarters over the phone because he couldn't check out. I simply stuffed by room card under the security shutter and walked out. Not my problem."

"Breakfast was fine but needed to be extended to 10 am instead of 9:30 am. Ice machine was inoperable on our floor - 3rd floor. Carpet in the hallways were not in good shape. Needs to be cleaned/shampooed, or replaced. The room was fine, beds comfortable, but problems with the bathtub. Couldn’t get it to drain after showering. Was nice to get a discount ticket for Henry Ford Museum from the front desk. "

"The visit did not start off well. The day prior to arriving I had called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle van (the hotel listing states "shuttle included"). I was told to call upon landing and the van would pick us up. When we arrived and called we were told that a van was not available all day. We took a cab which cost $45. While in the cab, almost to the hotel, I was called by the manager who told us that a van could come and get us but now it was too late. The manger said that she could...

"Ok Hotel but some things seemed run down and lacking. Room had a strong smell of cleaners, there were holes in the carpet, the shower drain was plugged. The rooms are not too insulative from hallway noise nor outside."

"The room I got was a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff member did get me another room, thankfully. The staff were all very nice. That was the thing I like the most. it’s very outdated. The paint was peeling the vents over the hot tub did not work. When we turn the hot tub on the lights would dim.
