"Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast bar had many options for a great start to our day. Location was central to our the activities we had planned."

"We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

"We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great."

"The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that."
