"Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

"The lobby and the rooms were so unique. We were close to Bourbon Street enough so that we walked to the French quarter. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot but be advised that there's a $20 parking fee per day which is very reasonable."

"The Hotel has a great vibe.. If you're there with your family or your friends its a great place. From the pool to the courtyard. The Restaurant and bar and Sandwich spot attached to the Hotel was the absolute best. The food was delicious... Try the chicken salad 😍 and Or Redfish and Catfish... The location is Prime. Literally steps away from Bourbon Street to enjoy. The Staff were so nice..Always greeting us and asking if we need anything. Hotel St. Marie is such a Gem. Definitely worth going...

"It was disgusting there was no parking they told us to park a block and a half to two blocks away and walk back to the motel there was a rat in the parking garage of the motel there was no room for our luggage to fit in the elevator to ride up on a luggage cart we left and they didn't reimburse our money we are still fighting with Expedia to get our money back but nobody's cooperating we went and stayed somewhere else so we're out $700. I would think twice about using Expedia and definitely...

"My stay was wonderful! Our suite was spacious clean and the view was marvelous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ms. LaTanya and all the ladies that worked the front desk when we checked in and throughout our stay June 6-10th. They were knowledgeable about the area and attentive to our needs. They had engineering come up to our room right away to explain the operation of the remote shades ( I loved those!), and address and issue with an outlet in the kitchenette....

"My husband and I stayed here for Essence Festival and overall our stay was good despite a few mishaps. When we checked in, we put our bags in the room and left out to go out to the store. We returned to the room only to find out the key card didn’t work. "Its one of the oldest buildings in New Orleans so don't expect perfection everywhere you look. But, if you know what you're looking at its where someone who cares about the greats of jazz also sleeping there. It was a jazz museum once and the staff is very proud of where they work"
