"A beautiful place for a relaxing getaway. The home is immaculate and has every thing you need. The little beach area was a great place to sit and unwind. Overall, we truly enjoyed our short stay! Would have given 5 stars except that the boat lift was still out of the water, sitting on the grass right in the middle of the lake view. This house is ideal for families as it is out away from everything yet easy access to towns of Monroe, New Glarus, plus Monticello itself is a cute small town. Ideal for Kids, as the lot is private and HUGE, with outdoor play equipment, fire pit, picnic table ect, Just Wonderful!"

"This property was perfect. It was full of character and even had well cared for house plants. Loved that the patio had a ceiling so we could sit there during the rain. All beds were super comfortable. I just can’t think of anything negative!"

"I have wonderful memories of my visit with family, some of whom live nearby ! The location on the lake was perfect, as were the neighbors! I was able to share the accommodation some nights with sisters and we were quite comfortable with the kitchen and bedrooms ! I already miss the view to the lake and the gorgeous sunsets. The seating areas inside, in the gazebo and on the pier, were perfect for chatting and relaxing. Jason was an excellent host and left me with a feeling of warm...

It was a short drive to the Capital and the good vibes of that area, especially Saturday's Farmers' Market. It was great to retreat back to the serenity of the lake house and the neighborhood. I've never spent so much time at "the house", but on this trip we made it our intention to take it slow. What a wonderful property to do so!"
