Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. I appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met - including packing breakfast for us when we had to leave early one morning and would miss their sit down breakfast. "My stay was wonderful! And it was so nice having the restaurant and spa there too! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The only thing I would say is to bring bug spray (and don't forget to use it at night before bed!) Mosquitoes are around which is to be expected. But the rooms and property are stunning, the food in the restaurant is great - the juices are amazing!!! Great massages for a great price, and the staff are wonderful!"

"The property was absolutely beautiful! The room we stayed in blew our minds! So spacious and modern amidst the backdrop of an ancient Balinese temple. The property has a pool, gym, restaurant, shop, and an impressive 4 floor museum! What made the stay 5 stars was the staff. They were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. "We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. "

"The resort is very peaceful in the middle of the paddy fields,and so away from the hustle and bustle of mid town Ubud. The only way to get here is with a motorbike. The staff will pick you up at the car park to help you with your luggage. They will also help you to drop you off and pick you up at the bottom of the road that will lead you to down town. I love the room, it was very spacious and comfortable and it was really nice that they bring your breakfast in the morning."
