When I was placed in multiple rooms with problems (marks on the walls and badly damaged surfaces, then a room with a very moldy smelling bathroom), the front desk staff was very apologetic and immediately found me another room. The property is not the best maintained (lots of scratches and dings on the walls and some grout in need of refurbishment) but the hotel is very clean and spacious. Unfortunately we were without hot water for 2/4 days, a problem that only affected some of the rooms but we were told they were working on it. Das Parkhaus kann man sich sparen, da in der Umgebung reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Bus vor der Tür, S Bahn ca. 8 Minuten entfernt. Rewe, DM, Lidl usw. eine Straße weiter.
