"We loved our stay at this sweet condo. Our kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Short drive to several restaurants and Moo Cow Ice Cream. Charlie was very relaxed, and we enjoyed that he didn’t have a lot of rigid rules for the condo. St. Simons Island is charming, and we hope to stay here again. "

"We loved our time at this condo! It was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being able to jump in the pool to cool off after a full day at the beach. Will definitely stay again!"

"House is nice in a great location, walk to the beach, town and many restaurants. Pool was great, living space was large. We had one issue the dishwasher would not start but the owner had it replaced the very next day, what great service"

"A wonderful visit. Condo was nice. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: had nothing to do with condo itself...pool umbrellas need to be replaced- many were broken. Could not get to beach from property due to waters stagnating and remaining in the green space between property and beach. Most of the properties had this problem. We had to drive down to The Coast Guard beach access to get to beach. Would we stay here again? Yes! The issues we had were no fault of the Condo owner.The photo is from...

"Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! "

"Great accommodations. Easy to follow instructions on entry and exit. Very tranquil, peaceful. Sleep Number bed could have slept all day. Perfect for a weekend get away! Try Sal’s Pizza in St. Simons! Great slice!"

"House was absolutely fantastic. Nice to find houses where each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen had all necessary items with extra large fridge. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for cocktails in the evening. Will definitely look at booking this property if we find our way back to the island. Mary was extremely helpful and available. OBTW, the elevator works just fine as long as you follow the directions. Thanks Mary, our family had a great time."
