"Our room was cosy & clean in the Garden house. We loved the buggies that took us all around the different parts of the estate. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our Sunday dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. The SPA tailored massage treatment given by Sylvia was so amazing. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The saunas & jacuzzi was so relaxing. We had an amazing Birthday celebration at Beaverbrook. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I checked in and left straight away. The room was very basic and too bright and I did not feel it was a very safe environment. The man who gave me the card for access to the room could hardly speak English and I could hear a baby crying the few minutes I was in the room. I went there as I needed some quiet time to do some paperwork and unfortunately this didn’t work out. I will go to the premier inn in future which is a much nicer place and about the same price."

"Ground floor carpet to room was filthy. Carpet in room looked stained. Bathroom shabby. Only one bedside table with edging coming off. Kettle still had water in it from before (but, was fill-sized). Sheets clean, mattress protector used, but didn't dare use a black light on mattress. Bed was well worn but comfy enough. EASY QUICK WINS FOR IMPROVEMENT (1) steam clean or wash carpet (2) create a snag list for minor repairs and get a handyman/woman in for a couple of days (3) Put a mattress...

"Stopped here from Heathrow before traveling on to more family, we stayed 2 nights and meet family and friends. Food and service were good, the animals was a bonus, the sensory area with the TV was our hang out with the kids."

"A lovely young girl served and checked us in. The room was very clean and tidy. We had a delicious full English breakfast which included orange juice, tea and coffee. Great stay and would recommend this place for the pub and the stay over!!!"

"Room was nice and cosy , unfortunately had to leave for work every day to early for breakfast but there were some bits and pieces there if I wanted , plenty of hot water for a bath , bed was nice and comfortable, the only bad thing was someone had been in the room and taken my shampoo and razor the day before I left so could not was my hair or have a shave "
