"Property surprised us in a good way. Spacious, clean, good working wash machine, and air con worked very well for us. I would say it was quiet, but the alarm went off (early)twice while there that we knew of. Could have been more while we were out. Went off because of people cooking. They need some sort of signs in the kitchen area specifically, would cut down of the false alarms. People need to be told what not to do. Instructions for the washer would have been nice. Would stay here...

"Reaaly nice stay, good breakfast and a comfortable room. Very convenient for Sutton railway station and our visit to Wimbledon tennis championships. Only one negative- net curtain in bedroom was rather dirty at the hem."

"When the reception desk was manned the staff were very helpful but we were extremely disappointed with the room, specifically the bathroom. While not dirty, it was in very bad condition and in dire need of refurbishment. There was not a separate shower so the shower head was in the bath and the bath was high and narrow and in very poor condition as was the bathroom floor."

It’s a straight up hill 20 minute walk to the Village part of town and then from the village it’s another 15 or so minute walk to the courts. We did it once then used uber. I knew I wouldn’t be spending much time in the room so it met my needs. No frills. Comfortable bed. Clean. No lounge or spots to hang in a lobby, very utilitarian in its layout. "On arrival, we checked in and started to unpack. We noticed that parts of the room were dusty. As we looked closer we noticed that our room was layered in dust that had obviously been there longer than a week nevermind a day. The headboards were covered and you could visibly see the colour difference on the carpet where the duty was lying. I checked my mum and dad's room aswell and there's was the same but not as heavily dusted. Me and my dad both suffer with asthma which set us off sneezing and...

"Property was in a convenient location to Wallington; directly on a bus route and near a small green area for walks with pets. It had a quiet energy about it; meaning the property was quiet considering its location on the crossroads of two main roads and the bar and beer garden being lively but not overly boisterous. "Very good value and was in the perfect location for our reason for visiting Mitcham, onsite free parking is a real positive. Upon arrival it wasn't clear where we had to go to check in and a staff member not on shift didn't seem to know, but it turned out you check in inside by the kitchen service hatch....photo ID was needed and scanned by a polite staff member. The restaurant looked spotless, very clean, bright and airy...the kitchen however, on show through the glass window by hotel check...
