EASY QUICK WINS FOR IMPROVEMENT (1) steam clean or wash carpet (2) create a snag list for minor repairs and get a handyman/woman in for a couple of days (3) Put a mattress...

"中心地からは少し遠いですが、近くにケンタッキーやマクドナルド、コストコもありホテルの1階がパブになっているので飲食物を確保することには困りません。客室は少し古びており、枕元の電源がないことなどは少し気になりますが、イギリスらしく紅茶も用意されていてとても居心地は良いです。特にフロントのスタッフの方がとても優しく、イレギュラーにも柔軟に対応していただきとてもありがたかったです。"

"You get what you pay for! The bedroom has seen better days and not in good condition. Sink was full of cracks which have been there a long while looking at the colour of them. Same again with the shower tray. Breakfast was very basic and the staff didn't seem or want to notice that both juice dispensers were empty and the food plates needed refreshing. If I need to stay in the area again I won't be going back."

"Breakfast was a total disappointment. Most stuff tasted like old reheated food, the salami was not fresh either. Most of the staff kinda looked sad to work there. I can only think of 3 that had a bit of a smile and nice disposition, the rest…… We were in a double room with a 4 year old and an 8 months old. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready (understandably so), one would think they were getting it ready for us checking in, but when we got to the the room, only 2 towels and no soap....

"The room I stayed in was clean and decent bed linen towels ect but the furnishings were out of date and very tired I never ate breakfast so I can not comment on this and the Bar menu was very limited The food however was always hot and cooked well"

"Opened the door and a large cockroach type bug ran across the desk, the shower head was black with mould, staff advised and shuddered in disgust but sadly nothing was done about it. Avoid this hotel. "
