"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"Check-in was quick. As an Accor member early check-in is allowed if available. Location is excellent, just a short distance from the Tube: Charing Cross and Enbankment. "Communication was excellent. I was contacted prior to arrival and communication was constant right up to the day of our stay. Check in and out was simple and we were greeted by a member of staff on our arrival at the property. They were still in the process of having a quick hoover when we arrived but that didn't bother us and they were very polite about it. The property was great and has all the amenities. It very much added to our time in London."
