Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid at All Costs
I didn’t want to have to write a review but due to the lack of concern from customer service and laziness to resolve our problem I feel that I have to.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was unbearably hot due to the heating being stuck on full blast with no way to turn it off or adjust it. The temperature was so extreme that sleeping or even staying inside for more than a short period was impossible. The conditions were completely unacceptable.
We reported the issue promptly at 16:10, expecting a quick resolution. Instead, we were left waiting for two hours before two maintenance workers were sent—neither of whom were able to fix the problem. By the time we returned to the property at midnight, the heating was still stuck on maximum, and we were forced to leave the property and walk to alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. Unbelievable.
To make matters worse, the manager, Aaron, was shockingly unprofessional. He explicitly told us not to contact him after 6pm because he was off, yet provided no meaningful alternative support, only giving us the main customer service line—the same line that ultimately offered no immediate help. We were effectively abandoned with a serious issue and no point of contact.
Aaron also showed little to no concern for our comfort or wellbeing and seemed far more worried about the cost of the heating.
