"Jazmine was amazing! She took care of me with the upmost respect she was polite, kind, friendly and respectful. She really showed me amazing hospitality- unlike any other I received. This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. "We loved our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews about self check in and unhoused people hanging out front. First, there is always a person at the front desk. They check your ID and help you check in. There is a human connection. And the staff was SOOO friendly. Secondly, the front is a dedicated public space.
