"The AC was not working at all in the any of the rooms, they had given us a massive fan which was dirty and didnt really keep the room cool. The window you couldnt open too wide so the heat was trapped in the room. The bathroom fan didnt work and the bathroom did have some mould in the ceiling due to this. The beds was comfy which was good but really the only good thing. The cleanign staff we tried to explain to not clean our room due to all our items everywhere and they was rude to my friend...

"This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon."

"I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

We stayed on a very very hot weekend and the apartment was in the sun. They had tried to cool things down with various fans, but was still really warm. Otherwise, was really a great place, really clean and tidy. Can use the restaurant/bar in the holiday inn which is attached.
