The receptionist told us that our booking was “not actually valid,” but that he would let it go this time. "The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. EL último día nos toco reclamar las toallas 2 veces por que no nos dejaban toallas. Lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación ( tiene mucho comercio, tranquilo y fácil de llegar al centro de Londres) y el precio ya que Londres es super caro. "Persistent heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room for both nights which did not clear even after ventilating. We woke up with dry/sore throats. We reported the issue during the stay to staff member Rosalina, who acknowledged it and provided free parking as a goodwill gesture, but the problem remained unresolved.
