"Well presented hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.
My only negative was how far away from reception my room was as when I got back to room to find no milk to have a hot drink before bed and didn’t fancy the long walk back to reception"

"An old building and we had stayed just once before the current owners took on the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent prices for drinks both in the restaurant and bar. The Sri Lankan food was superb, tasty and full of flavour, next time I'll as for it to be hotter.
The room was clean, comfortable despite being in an old building. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels, perhaps a little smell of damp in them.
We will certainly return."

"This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. For being on a busy road it was very quiet. Michelle is welcoming, but leaves you to get on with...
