Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The front of the building is stunning, the interior/reception is a little tired but okay. The issue came when we saw our room, it was awful. I complained to reception and they were lovely but there was little they could do (they seemed used the the complaint I was airing). They offered that the cleaners would return, which they did but that was only a cursory clean.
I was told the main house rooms were refurbished and our room area was not, however, this does not mean the rooms have to be dirty - think dust to all carpet edges, tops of sockets, stained tiles (not just seals) stained carpets.
The most hilarious part was that the bath's hot tap had been fitted too close to the wall and so could not be turn on. The shower was okay but not adjustable.
It was too late to change having just done a full day exploring, tired and hungry, we decided to stay as the beds appeared clean and comfortable and it was just one night!
I have to commend the staff as they were all lovely, I would say the breakfast is okay too.
They simply should not be offering these rooms until refurbished as I am sure the feedback/complaints must be hurting their business
