"All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!"

"Very easy to check in and check out via virtual check in, they also have a taxi machine so you can easily order a taxi at anytime, laundry onsite, free pastries every morning and all day tea and coffee available, room was beautifully decorated, would definitely stay again."

"Location and size of the accommodations are great. It's a bit dated and could be a bit cleaner. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Best to not have more than 2 people in the one bedroom apartment. Nice size kitchen and bathroom. Easy to walk Old Town. Groceries, pubs and dining options all in close proximity."
