"Remy, at the front desk, was absolutely fabulous. He is very knowledgeable of the town and provided great recommendations of off the beaten path places to see, directions and food recommendations. They allow you to drop off your luggage early on the day you arrive and will place it in your room, when it is ready. You do not need not haul it around all day so take advantage of this perk. Breakfast options were not great for the price you pay. It is primarily pastries, coffee and tea and...

"Great location. Very clean and good amenities."

"Very close to the University. Nice and clean."

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"Wonderful stay at Eden Locke in New Town Edinburgh. The building was clean and quiet. Check in was later than our arrival time, but the staff were accommodating with storing our luggage before we could access our suite. The room was a small studio-type suite, perfect size for two people. If one wants to be self sufficient, this is perfect. Small kitchenette with laundry. Housekeeping was only once in our ten days there, so the space was truly our own."

"The location is great, right in the heart of Old Town. The views are incredible! The staff were excellent. I know just where to stay next time I’m in Edinburgh."

"Sehr nettes Personal"

"Exceptionally well located, very easy communication with the team. We truly enjoyed this place and highly recommend."

"We stayed for a week, Great spot, nice and quite, a small supermarket almost right behind, which was very handy. 1 min walk from the Royal mile too. easy access to some local restaurants and cafes etc. the only issue we had was the heater wasn't working, we were given a small electric radiator that help take the chill off but it wasn't ideal. we did tell the office and they said that they would advise the maintenance staff, but in the whole week we never saw them. Apart from smokers standing...

"Very clean and big place with no front desk check in"

"Clean and just as we expected. Nice to have a kitchen"

"+ Check-in was very easy and staff were helpful. Location was perfect for getting around the city, the AC was great and the bed was comfortable. - The cleanliness of the room was not the best and the lack of regular housekeeping was not ideal, as 4 days between cleans is a bit long. The HVAC did not appear to work for circulation, and there was some old water damage to the bathroom door frame/swelling of kitchenette linoleum."
