"Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). Property manager sent additional extra towels, and cosmetic items without even asking them. Great hospitality, and caring. Thank you for picking and dropping us from the...

"This is truly a gem of a place! We had 4 families stay, 17 ages 16-50 and a 1 year old. Plenty of beds, plus there were air mattresses if needed. Everything we needed for 1 year old, even toys outside. Can’t say enough about the outdoor area, where we spent all our time when at the house. Lots of place for all of us. We grilled and used fire pit with no problem. The outdoor tv was fun, watched a movie while playing cards at night. Pool was amazing, and way bigger than we thought. Absolutely no...

"Great Stay! Upstairs was hot and the AC didnt seem to get there but the kids slept in the livingroom anyways playing around the game table. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. "we had 14 at our reunion and had plenty of space. We had a couple of guys who preferred to stay at a hotel and there were a couple about 5 minutes away. We had a caterer for our meals and Lori was great in allowing them to come in a little early. The main floor kitchen had 2 dishwashers which was helpful. All in all, a great place. We would use it again"

"Overall, my wife and family enjoyed their time here. Pros: great location, well-stocked kitchen, lots of spaceCons: there is an ant problem in the kitchen, place hasn't been dusted in awhile, and assorted small things are broken (smoke detector, towel rack etc.)All in all, they had a good time. The place needs a good cleaning and a visit from Orkin and it would be perfect."

"I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well."

"Large house that just keeps on going. lots of beds. Good quiet neighborhood that is close to many things. slept 18 here several nights - all the grandparents, groomsman, brothers and aunt & uncle for Oldest's son's wedding. the walk in closets gave space for the final storage and ironing of 8 dresses and allowed grandma to do final touche on wedding dress - even had room for the sewing machine. The house was a life saver. it is on a cul-d-sac so try to carpool if have mega group like mine....
