"Very clean room, very engaging staff and greeted us with a smile upon arrival. He also offered water, coffee, tea, etc. when waiting for our room to be available. The towels were very clean, soft, and fluffy and they use the best amenities in their beautifully decorated room. The front desk staff helped with arranging our taxi early in the morning and offered us something to drink before departure. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff! I would stay here again when I visit Paris next."

"This is a classic old Paris hotel. We opted for the suite because it was supposed to have a King size bed. If it was a king size bed, it was an awfully small king or just a queen that resided there. We were warned in advance that the suite was on the top floor and there was no elevator. Even at 66 we are still adventurous and said okay. "The kitchen really came in handy, even if it was a bit small. Overall it was pretty good, the staff in the reception were lovely and very helpful, there was free coffee and tea, the terrace was stunning and the room itself was great. Would totally recommend!"
