"I want to gatekeep this review - this was such a fantastic stay. The Townhouse is fantastic! Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always.
The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed. Mattress was comfortable, the little kitchen perfect, the bathroom large and plush towels.
Location is fantastic in Leith - close to so many cafes/restaurants and the beach is a 10minute bus ride or a 40mins walk.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel - all the staff were so welcoming, helpful and warm. The vibrant art - historical dog portraits dominated during our stay - was a total delight, our room was so comfortable and beautiful, and the full breakfast was absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 stars for this lovely hotel!"

"Great location and very spacious. Close to station for those arriving by train. Very useful having a washing machine during our stay.
Only small area for improvement would be the heating in the bedroom as the radiators never really warmed up so maybe in the colder months would be an issue.
Overall, an excellent place to stay with great amenities."

"This hotel is a perfect place to stay when you want to be in walking distance of the royal mile and Princes Street. There is also an indoor/outdoor mall attached to the hotel, including nice shops, dining, and an Everyman cinema. My only complaint was the parking. It looked as if it was included in the price of the hotel, but it was actually 48 pounds for a couple of nights."
