"Unfortunately the shower in our room had a dreadful sewage smell. We reported this in the afternoon but it had worsened on our return late evening. Eventually we had to move rooms at midnight. The hotel did discount our parking for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. Apart from that, the hotel was lovely and modern, the bar was great as was the breakfast in the morning. "The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a wide variety of food available at breakfast. It is very close to the Excel Centre and Comic Con which I attended at the weekend."

"We booked a classic room & checked in at 3. Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half so we were given 2 complimentary drinks, then we were upgraded to an executive room. Beautiful room and little balcony which was lovely (dockside). Great breakfast too (free of charge for all). Will definitely be returning"

"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."

"Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday."
