"The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a wide variety of food available at breakfast. It is very close to the Excel Centre and Comic Con which I attended at the weekend."

"Nice clean hotel. 24 bar, good breakfast. A little pricey but thats down to location and event timing. 15 minute walk from Excel entrance and 120 to nearest DLR (Prince Regent) parking is available."

"We booked a classic room & checked in at 3. Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half so we were given 2 complimentary drinks, then we were upgraded to an executive room. Beautiful room and little balcony which was lovely (dockside). Great breakfast too (free of charge for all). Will definitely be returning"

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
