We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

"My family of 4 stayed here from a Tues-Sat. My 2 children loved the resort! It was a nice size resort and walking distance to the amenities. Definitely a family resort, or for couples and singles. We met a lot of people visiting. there were 3 pools and a few hot tubs. I would suggest bringing your own donut for the poo and they have a air pump by pool area. "We opted for the room with a partial view. We did not have breakfast, but wish they had a small restaurant on site. My ONLY problem was I could not get hot water in the kitchen. Everything else was great."
