Occupants were not allowed to use the sauna and needed to book well in advance, and it's closed at 5pm, and if you are free in the evening, you don't have access to it. When we arrived at around dinner time, the hotel receptionist was not there so we checked in with the staff at the bar. As my Wife has a heart condition and is awaiting surgery this was unsuitable. we were informed that Expedia had been informed of the lack of a lift and that they (Expedia) should have advised us of this fact before we arrived. We stayed in the hotel for only one night checking out on the 27th June as my Wife found the stairs extremely difficult, having to stop and recover at each landing. I have to say that...
