"Staff was excellent, problem-solver, helpful and friendly"

"2 huge and very comfortable beds with loads of pillows. The reception and dining staff were all lovely and the food way above our expectations. Our stay was all too short (early flight) but our experience was very good indeed. My one suggestion is to include your excellent little walking map between the airport terminal and the hotel in the booking receipt. It's not that easy to find on a cold dark night"

"The staff were very courteous and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room was spotless and very quiet. The staff were very helpful for checking in and checking out. I don’t think it’s because of my disabilities I think they were just very helpful. Breakfast was very good. With a range of juices and fruits. I would stay here again without hesitation. "

"Very swanky, nicely equipped, good staff. Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't very comfy and didn't match the quality of the hotel which was otherwise stellar. Free breakfast was decent with the option to order made to order breakfast for a charge if you wanted."

"This was our favourite stay during our road trip around west Scotland The staff were incredibly polite and kind natured The food was amazing ( large portions ) The decor is quirky and charming We stayed in what I could better describe as an apartment more so than a room- stone floors and lovely and clean The staff recommended a walk for us with the kids and it was perfect, alongside the loch, to beaches with incredible views Very nice place indeed "

"It's hard to say exactly what stood out as everything was amazing including the staff, the accommodations themselves and the services offered. We were helped with early breakfasts, spa services and understanding how to call an early taxi to get us to the airport. A truly beautiful place to stay as well; unique and the interior of the room we stayed in was quaint and perfect for our needs."

"Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All staff encountered were very nice and friendly. Car park on rooftop of shopping centre was easy to access and navigate. Only one of the two lifts was functioning, hopefully it can be fixed quickly, as access from the car park was at level 2 and reception is on top floor level 12."
