"We chose 4 point for convenience to the KY expo center while showing horses for 5 days. Located right outside Gate 4, this was a great option for our family. "The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

"We had to ask for soap for the shower, towels, pillows and blankets. And then we were told they were out of pillows, and took the soap out of another room. There was a used coffee pod still in the machine. Also, when leaving we had to ask for ice, they took us to the restaurant and proceeded to remove the ice with their bare hands. That was the only ice machine for the whole hotel. Ick!"

"Everything about this stay was excellent except 1 thing. And that 1 thing would be the only thing keeping me from staying there again. The problem for me was the smell from the cleaning solution, which I believe was used on the floors, was so strong it was making me feel sick. I am not especially sensitive to odors, but this was really strong. It gave me headaches, nasal congestion, sore throat and sick tummy. If that problem is resolved, I would definitely stay there again!"
